What SaveSmart does

SaveSmart lists shopping deals, voucher codes and promotions from UK retailers. We are not a retailer and we do not sell products. When you follow a "Shop Deal" link you buy directly from the retailer under that retailer's own terms.

Deal and price accuracy

We aim to list accurate deals and review each one before it appears, but prices, stock and voucher codes can change or end at any time on the retailer's side. The price and terms shown on the retailer's website at the time of purchase are the ones that apply. Always check the final price before you buy.

Third-party retailers

We are not responsible for the products, services, delivery, returns or websites of third-party retailers. Any contract of sale is between you and the retailer, and your consumer rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are against the retailer.

Affiliate relationships

Some links on SaveSmart are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or scrape it in bulk without permission.
• Don't submit false or misleading information when registering or subscribing.
• You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details confidential.

Intellectual property

The SaveSmart name, logo, design and written content belong to us. Retailer names, logos, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the relevant retailer or product. No ownership of third-party marks is claimed.

Website availability

We work to keep SaveSmart available and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or change the site for maintenance or other reasons.

Liability

We provide deal information in good faith but cannot guarantee it is always error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings or from third-party retailer websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your part of the UK give you the right to use your local courts.
